Coaching is a partnership that empowers you to identify and embrace your strengths, rediscover what brings you joy & meaning, and take action on your goals.

WHAT COACHING IS NOT.

  • Therapy

  • Counseling or advising

  • Mentoring

  • Leading

  • Instructing or teaching

  • Limo or chauffeuring services

  • Yelling at you from the side of a field, or court, or other places sports happen

Basically, a coach won’t be telling you what you should do or what they would do.
